Solo show “VodnOchAs” by Andrii Bohun
“VodnOchAs” (roughly “all at once”) was another show we were very happy to host. Andrii Bohun was the only actor on stage. The set was cut-out paper stars, and the lighting did the rest, moving from blue to red as the mood changed.

About the actor
Andrii Bohun is an Honoured Master of Folk Art of Ukraine, a member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine and head of the Studio Prostir theatre company. When he fled the Russian invasion he got his three children out safely, with only the essentials: documents and food for the little ones. The family settled in Kryvyi Rih. He has strong views and he acts on them.
Better bomb shelters turned into theatres than theatres turned into bomb shelters.

How the evening went
It was funny and it was sad, and it gave people plenty to think about. Thanks to everyone in the audience for keeping things friendly and relaxed, and for supporting the army and internally displaced people. Thanks to Svitlana Ostapchuk for making the place feel like home and for the fragrant tea. And of course, thanks to Andrii Bohun for a wonderful show!
Where the money went
All the money collected at the show, UAH 1,970, was handed to volunteer Pavlo Osikov to help the army and displaced people.
